I study the science of life and longevity and design personalized programs that help women navigate their way through their personal menopause journey, which includes coaching, accountability and mentoring, as well as education and awareness.

Your journey starts with
a detailed 90-minute online consultation, exploring your health history, current needs, goals and aspirations. This allows me to fully know and understand your unique story.
The Focus
We’ll focus not just on physical symptoms but also on the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of menopause. I take a very holistic approach to your health and well-being.
The Guide
Following our initial appointment, I will identify your Menopause Body Type and create a personalized wellness roadmap to guide you to enhance your well-being and achieve specific health goals. Our next 60-minute session is dedicated to discussing and implementing this plan.
The Support
After 3-4 weeks, we meet again for a 30-minute follow-up session to assess progress, address challenges, and reinforce positive practices.
