I have spent thousands of hours and dollars researching, studying, and practicing in the field of women's health and wellness. I am a professional woman who has been impacted by burnout and menopause and had to go through my own healing process.

There is an art and science to healing, and I can help you navigate all the ‘noise’ about what you should and shouldn’t do AND support you in getting back to your healthiest self.

Hi, I’m Sandra Spencer.

In my earlier years, I dreamed of climbing the corporate ladder. I completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and Masters in Business Administration and threw myself into work. I also had three sons along the way, juggling work and home life for many years. I did this until my body started to break down, and I finally burnt out in my 40s.

That was the catalyst for starting my own healing journey. I have been studying women’s health and nutrition for over 15 years. I thought that I had done a good job of healing myself… until I hit menopause. No one can prepare you for the sudden onslaught of symptoms, especially because everyone’s experience is unique. 

​

Through my studies, practice and experiences, I have synthesized everything I’ve learned to develop a framework that can be personalized for each woman, helping you see results faster. We determine your Menopause Body Type and focus on Root Cause solutions and a natural and holistic approach to overall wellness. I combine the art and science of Health and Wellness. I can help you get relief from your physical symptoms so you feel rested, energetic, confident and optimistic again.

I am passionate about women’s health and wellness, and being educated to serve is important to me. Unfortunately, in this industry, anyone can call themselves a coach. I take my work seriously and continue to study and learn every year.

My menopause transition impacted my health, fitness, self-image, and confidence.

Focused on reclaiming my health, I immersed myself in menopause research from evidence-based science as well as the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.

I’ve learned that we can transform our menopause symptoms into wellness solutions for improved health as we age. With concentrated effort, we can alleviate our symptoms and improve our quality of life.

Menopause should not be treated as a disease! It is a natural and important transformational journey that needs to be navigated and supported. As I worked through endless research about menopause, I realized that nutrition and wellness research involving menopausal women is only just starting to be studied and published, and there is still a stigma around aging and menopause for women.

I became passionate about guiding women through this transformative journey.

One of the most common complaints that I hear from my clients is difficulty sleeping. Solving my own sleep issues kickstarted my wellness journey, restoring energy to tackle other symptoms.

Once I started sleeping better consistently, I was able to address other menopausal symptoms by eating better and moving my body again, which led to the most important transformation I received… 

​

I regained passion for life, a renewed vigour, and a plan on moving into this phase of life, appreciating all I have learned and my experiences to help other women. I can embrace this phase in life when I have the time to focus on myself, discover who I truly am now, and develop my intuition and wisdom without all the responsibilities that I have carried for the last few decades.

The Fun Stuff

My favourite animal is a cat, probably because I have a cat personality. I’m content to sit on the couch with a blanket and a book for extended periods.
